Information you give us

The only place this website collects personal information is the partnership and commercial inquiry form. When you submit it, we receive:

• Your full name and email address (required).
• Your phone number, company or organization, title or role, and LinkedIn profile URL (each optional).
• The areas of interest you select and any message you write.
• A record of the consent checkboxes you did or did not tick, so we can evidence the basis on which we contact you.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, financial account details, or government identifiers in the free-text message field. We do not need them and do not ask for them.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server log information for every request — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and response status — for security, abuse prevention, and operational diagnostics.

This website does not use advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, marketing pixels, or third-party cookies. We set no cookies of our own. Video content is embedded from Vimeo, and Vimeo may set its own cookies and receive request data when a video player loads; that processing is governed by Vimeo’s privacy policy, not this one.

• To send company updates, event invitations, and disclosures where you have consented to receive them.
• To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website, and to detect and prevent abuse.
• To comply with legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on your consent for marketing communications, on our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and securing the site for the operational uses above, and on legal obligation where record-keeping rules apply.

We keep the number of parties touching this data deliberately small.

• Netlifyhosts this website and processes form submissions through Netlify Forms. Submissions and server logs are stored on Netlify’s infrastructure.
• HubSpot is the customer relationship management system in which PowerLink records form submissions, the consents you give, and its correspondence with you, so that your inquiry can be tracked and answered. HubSpot stores this data on its infrastructure in the United States.
• Vimeo serves embedded video, and receives request data when a player loads on a page you visit.
• Our email and business systems, used by PowerLink personnel to read and reply to your inquiry.

This website never collects payment or identity-verification information.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to, and to professional advisers or regulators.

Inquiry submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the commercial relationship or consent, and then deleted or anonymized. Records connected to the securities offering are retained for the period applicable record-keeping rules require. Server logs are retained on our host’s standard schedule.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.

To make a request, submit the form on our contact page and say what you are asking for. We will verify the request against the information we already hold before acting on it. Every marketing message we send also carries an unsubscribe mechanism.

This site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, and submissions are transmitted encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

PowerLink is based in the United States, and information you submit is processed there. If you are outside the United States, submitting the form involves transferring your information to a country whose data protection laws may differ from those in your own.

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Participation in the offering is limited to individuals over 18.
